Job description: Our client in West GTA is actively looking for Junior Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Title: Junior Accounting Clerk
Location: West GTA, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary – Permanent
Salary: $16.00 hourly

Job Description:

• Data entry
• Enter, post and print AP invoice batches
• Edit and update accounting procedures
• Matching POs
• Matching invoice to packing slips
• Maintain the paperwork and filing
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables including the posting of daily transactions, reconciliation etc.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a positive customer service focus
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must be able to commute to workplace
• Should be proficient in English.
• Experience in manufacturing company would be a great asset
• Knowledge of Excel is a must
• Knowledge of large ERP systems is an asset
