Our client is a growing legal services firm serving the entire territory of Quebec. They are currently seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 1 to 5 years experience in administrative law to join their dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work on diversified and stimulating mandates. The selected candidate must have experience in pleading before the courts.

YOUR ROLE :
Review and draft opinions and legal documents;
Manage and negotiate various agreements;
Plead before administrative and judicial tribunals;
Conduct legal research;
Play a leading advisory role with clients;
Maintain excellent client service, both internally and externally.
PREREQUISITE :
Approximately 1-5 years of experience in administrative law;
Good knowledge of labour law;
Experience in occupational health and safety (CNESST), an asset;
Autonomy, thoroughness and management of priorities;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Good level of bilingualism, both oral and written.
