Our business partner is a law firm that is well recognized in the Canadian business community and enjoys an excellent reputation on the international scene. The firm is currently seeking a bilingual lawyer with 2 to 7 years of experience in financing and banking law to join its dynamic team.
YOUR ROLE
Manage a large portfolio of major files in asset financing and structured finance;
Actively participate in national and cross-border transactions;
Draft and review relevant legal documentation;
Work and collaborate closely with a diverse and sophisticated clientele of corporations, financial institutions and foreign borrowers;
Represent major financial institutions and banking companies;
Provide legal advice and be the point of contact for all matters related to financing and banking law.
PREREQUISITE
Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
Approximately 2 to 7 years of experience in banking and financing law;
Excellent oral and written bilingualism;
Autonomy, leadership and good interpersonal skills.
