Our client, a leading hospitality company is looking for a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis with 5+ years’ experience to provide forecasts to management to meet the objects of the company’s strategic plans and investments. This company is smart and innovative in pivoting to adapt and move in directions that maintain its solid foundation. The company is growing its team and they need you.

Your experience you bring will include:

• CPA designation (or in progress) is preferred

• Expert in BI and reporting systems in a corporate environment

• Experience with multi-unit reporting in hospitality and/or retail

• Strong analytical and computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the annual budget process and continuously update the forecast

• Provide in depth financial budgeting and analysis for financial and strategic plans and KPIs

• Ensure quality, accuracy of various financial models with a focused analytic review

• Plan and prepare business cases to support new investments and other business decisions

• Develop financial models and reports when requested
