Manager, Workplace Experience

What you’ll be doing:
– Design and champion long-term workplace experience roadmap and guiding principles to drive employee engagement, making Rogers the employer of choice
– Lead integration of food services experience with our guiding principles and employee engagement roadmap. Manage vendor through quarterly business reviews and planning sessions, achievement of key performance indicators and service level agreements, and provide guidance on operating plans.
– Lead and manage national on-site and virtual fitness strategy and integration with overall well-being and Thrive strategy.
– Design and evolve the hospitality experience and lobby ambassador program, including one Rogers FTE and team of ambassador contractors.
– Manage hospitality and employee experience at new conference centre on Toronto Campus
– Measure employee engagement with workplace experience through employee feedback, quarterly surveys, and utilization studies. Create action plans for opportunities and areas of improvement. Work with service providers to incorporate recommendations into operating plans.
– Participate in annual employee engagement analysis for workplace experience and amenities, including action planning
– Assist with annual long-term investment planning for capital requirements
What you have:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in fast paced, client centric organization, most recently at a manager level
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality industry and related field.
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
– Previous experience implementing a workplace transformation program
– Previous experience in workplace design, client relationship management, real estate services. Experience in managing operations and service providers.
– Experience managing large-scale programs in a complex, multi-disciplined organization.
– Knowledge and experience with employee experience and change management programs
– Proven organizational program management, leadership and facilitation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of an organization
