Job description: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY
In this role for SIEL Human Solutions, you will become part of an innovative virtual team that thrives on providing Human Resources solutions to our clients. This role will play a significant role in the growth and sustainability of our company. You will be the gatekeeper of our marketing and administrative processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
– Providing administrative support to all
consultants within the business and act as first
point of contact for clients
– Working Cross-Functionally to Plan and Execute
Marketing Programs
– Building and Developing Relationships with Key
Business Stakeholders
– Collecting Data on Marketing Programs/Executing
Basic Analysis to Help Optimize Marketing
Programs
– Managing Social Media Channels/Ensuring all
Information on Social Media Channels is Up-to-
Date and Accurate
– Supporting and Optimizing Marketing Programs and
ROI as needed
Qualifications:
– Ability to Work Well in a both a Team
Environment, and Autonomously as an Individual
Contributor
– Strong Communication, Organization, and Time-
Management Skills/Ability to Multi-Task and Work
in a Fast-Paced Environment
– Strong Project Management Skills and Ability to
Manage Multiple Projects at Once
– Ability to Learn Quickly
– Passion for Marketing, Social Media (LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter), and Creative Programs
– Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, Adobe etc)
