Job description: Key Responsibilities * Overall ownership and maintenance of the mapping of Policy control requirements to in-house Agile processes and technology operations procedures.

• Periodic reporting on SOx, PCI, and HIPAA scoped systems’ compliance to Policy controls, including gap assessment and remediation recommendations.
• Assess written technology Procedures, make recommendations, and collaborate with process owners to improve audit readiness.
• Maintain Tech Auditor’s Companion and provide written assessment of its coverage to SOx, HIPAA, PCI, SIG, and applicable Privacy standards.
• Manage the Compliance calendar to ensure that periodic controls are executed per policy requirements (for example periodic user access reviews)
• Lead the automation of audit evidence collection leveraging Audit Manager, GRC tools, & in-house developed tools; periodic reporting on productivity.
• Partner with audit teams to ensure agreement on admissible evidence requirements, particularly as it relates to source of evidence verification.
• Define and clearly document Procedures relating to this role.

Experience Required

• 6+ years of relevant experience in audit, controls assessment, and/or information security.
• Strong project management, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills – builds consensus, prioritizes effectively, leverages teammates, and develops alliances across teams.
• Experience with implementation, monitoring, and reporting of control processes, documentation.
• Exposure to Audit Manager, GRC Tools, GitHub, and/or familiarity with automated evidence collection for audit.
