THE GOAL
This role will be responsible for helping our client build out future state business capability roadmaps by coordinating several operation projects and initiatives at the same time. We can’t wait for you to help enable our clients to achieve business strategies more effectively!
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate and uncover requirements, determine areas of improvement for existing systems and processes, develop superior solutions
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports that generate insights
- Perform and/or coordinate User Acceptance Testing
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of project objectives
- Relationship building, influence change and thrive in a peer-based environment
- You will be evaluated on your ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions and prioritize initiatives
- Value add to the client is a key metric
EXPOSURE TO THE FOLLOWING AN ASSET
- Experience and demonstrated acumen with Enablon risk management software
- Intermediate to advanced experience with various business software applications (SAP, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, Visio, Power BI)
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (internal, client facing, vendor facilitation)
- Working knowledge of Enterprise HRIS applications including Workday, SuccessFactors, Workforce Now, etc.
