Infosys is seeking an Oracle Finance Cloud Lead Consultant. The position will primarily be responsible for Application Maintenance Support of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and related modules like Procurement, Expenses, OBIEE/Analytics etc. Interface with key stakeholders and apply your financial domain and technical (Product) proficiency. This role will require you to work closely with the customer and any Oracle ERP product related issues & support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accepting and acknowledging incidents/tickets received through ServiceNow tool.
• Work on providing solutions for the ticketed issues in the area of financials.
• Close coordination with 3rd party applications team for integration of Oracle ERP Cloud
• Resolution of configuration issues
• Coordinating with application vendor – Oracle and infrastructure support teams like Citrix, network etc.
• Providing both technical and functional subject matter expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud application to the customer for its effective usage
• Create and maintain application architecture landscape documentation.
• Monitor daily batch/utility operations and fix any occurring issues.
• Work on enhancing the current application architecture by implementing new functions and improvements.
• Automate recurring processes or tasks and enhancing the work environment by making it more efficient.
• Available for On Call support of high priority issues
• Maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines and work towards achieving it
• Adhere to Infosys and client processes & policies.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 7+years of Relevant Information Technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Location for this position is Mississauga Ontario, Canada. Remote working is possible till pandemic situation ceases.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Implementation, Development and Support projects related to Oracle ERP Cloud Financial Applications.
• Good experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials with functional expertise in GL, AP, and AR modules.
• Hands-on Experienced in financial month or period end activities is a must.
• Sound knowledge of the various process disciplines like record to report, Procure to Pay, and Order to cash.
• Ability to drive and manage stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
• Experience on Oracle ERP Cloud configurations and process flows
• Direct client interaction experience during interactive phases like transition, reviews, etc.
• Functional testing or automated testing in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
