As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will be :

Greeting visitors;
Register the entries and exits;
Assist management with travel arrangements;
Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms;
Provide building access and parking passes;
Coordinate office social events;
Send communications and memos to the company;
Ensure the front desk is kept tidy;
Manage the inventory of office materials;
Place orders for office supplies;
Keeping the company’s organizational chart up to date;
Manage cleaning and shredding crews;
Manage office birthdays and service anniversaries;
Prepare new employees’ offices;
Collaborate with the IT team for new employee access;
Any other related duties…

QUALIFICATIONS:

DEC, DEP or AEC in office automation, or relevant experience related to the position;
Excellent communication skills;
Autonomy, resourcefulness and courtesy;
Thorough knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams);
Teamwork;
Spoken and written languages: French and English.
