We are seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs, develop and execute a recruitment strategy to find them proven leaders in the field. Your understanding of the Canadian hospitality sector is crucial to work collaboratively with clients to both understand their needs and identify qualified and interested candidates. A strong foundation of recruiting, combined with practical experience working in food service HR or operations management, would be the ideal fit. If you have superior client service skills, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and work closely with field operations managers, we are interested in speaking with you.

This is the ideal role for natural networkers who can proactively reach out to people at all levels – in-person, over the phone and via social channels. Strong interviewing skills, superior communication and influencing skills are key attributes. You must be entrepreneurial, results-driven and be able to work remotely. We have structures in place to provide exceptional levels of support in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
