Pay Rate: $21 /hr

What does a Security Supervisor do at The Pas

Ensuring safe and secure environment

Ensuring a very high level of Security services

Responsible for scheduling of the security guards

Forecasting the schedule and advise Management of the same

Lead a team of Security Officers

Train Security officers

Liaise with Client and respond to client complaints and take appropriate measures to solve it

Ensuring excellent Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at Security team’s disposal.

Performing patrol at the premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.

Ensuring that the security officers are following the site protocols perfectly

Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client’s site.

Protect the client’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Ensure Daily reports and Incident Reports are properly done by security officers.

Ensure Excellent customer service provided by the Security officers.

Emergency assistance, first aid or any other intervention

Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor at The Pas ?

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in the security industry as a seasoned leader

Valid Manitoba Security Guard License

Customer service oriented

Must be able to work days

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a stressful environment
