Job description:

Under the supervision of the Controller, the Senior Accounting Technician will have the main responsibility, among other things, for the financial and accounting management of various financial transactions of one of the group’s entities as well as support in the preparation of the bi-weekly payroll.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for, among others, the following tasks and responsibilities:

Complete management of the accounts receivable process (Full cycle – medium volume);
Collection process;
Budget management;
Collection process;
Registration and updating of employee files in the payroll system;
Payroll data entry;
Follow-up and production of certain payroll reports;
Other related tasks and reports.

Profile description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The desired candidate will have experience:

A DEP, DEC or BAC in accounting or significant experience acquired;
Experience in the project invoicing process;
Experience in the collection process;
Experience in the full payroll cycle;
Proficiency in the Office suite, including Excel.
Knowledge of SAP By Design software and Nethris payroll software are major assets.
Bilingual spoken and written (French and English).
