Finance & Treasury department is currently transitioning to an integrated financial system, which means that there are some interesting reporting challenges to be faced.

The Reporting team of the Finance Business Intelligence Center is currently looking for a Senior Analyst, a functional expert for the transformation of the various reports within the Finance sector. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the transformation of the Bank’s reports in accordance with standards and best practices.

What about the day-to-day?

• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Reporting team of the Finance Business Intelligence Center by making recommendations related to the transformation of reports.
• Gather complex and varied accounting data using SAP Analysis for Microsoft Excel and appropriately customize the various master reports required for transformation.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with various internal stakeholders as part of the transition.
• Influence solutions by making decisions on the best approach to take in the transformation of reports while adhering to target direction and best practices.
• Analyze the impact of the chosen approaches to ensure the performance of the transformed reports, while respecting the deadlines.

More specifically, you will be expected to

• Be an integral part of the Reporting team and participate in Scrum, demo, and other activities related to agile mode for the realization of deliverables.
• Actively participate in the transformation of reports from SAP Analysis for Microsoft Excel.
• Accompany the various Finance teams in the adjustment of their regulatory, statutory and management Excel reports.
• Diagnose the various spreadsheets to be transformed and propose a transformation approach.
• Act as a functional expert in the resolution of problems related to the transformation of various reports.

Competencies required:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree, related to the industry and (7) seven years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree related to the industry and (5) five years of relevant experience.
• Strong reporting experience and transactional accounting experience desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel essential.
• Knowledge of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Excel software desirable.
• Knowledge of PowerBI tool, desirable.
• Experience in Agile projects, desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player, developed sense of autonomy and organization.
• Accounting business analysis profile, with a technical component.
• French essential
