Job description:

• Lead the budgeting process by collaborating with multiple levels in the operational team and senior management to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Oversee and administer the organization’s financial systems, including accounting software, budgeting tools, and reporting systems.

• Prepare budget presentations for executive leadership.
• Assist other departments in managing budgets by providing tracking tools, historical information, and analyses.
• Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and collaborate on budget development.
• Provide financial expertise to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Provide training and guidance to finance staff on system usage and best practices.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts, assisting in their professional development and growth within the organization.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data within these systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to maintain and update financial software.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy

• CPA or CFA designation preferred.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing financial systems, budgeting, and financial analysis
• NetSuite experience is preferred
• Ability to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Experience in Senior Living space or Healthcare is preferred
