Job description: About Our Client:

Our client is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance Reporting to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate with the CFO, Director of Finance, and internal/external stakeholders
• Responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial reporting relating to potential losses for Sr. Management, external reporting for shareholders, audit committee, and board of directors under IFRS accounting standards
• Analyze trends in evaluating accounts receivable, revenues, cash receipts, and allowance for potential losses
• Managing financial analysts looking after data and models, monthly journal entries, making estimations on cash receipts when necessary, and management of daily reporting and weekly payments
• Ensure the balance sheet reconciliations and records to audit and review standards
• Support monthly financial reporting to internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare financial information for auditors and respond to requests

Qualifications:

• CPA, CA Designation
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in an accounting role, including financial reporting, and risk analysis
• Public financial reporting and analysis is required
• Experience in database systems and sound judgment and decision-making

• Team management experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on clear articulate communication in English, both written and oral at all levels both within and outside the organization
