Do you have a passion for Project Management?

As Project Manager, you are a stickler for details and follow up and can walk through the scope of a project to a wide variety of audiences. You will have proven ability to “make things happen” under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity. You are not just a facilitator or project plan tracker, but you ensure things get done through others and are prepared to roll up your sleeves and pitch in when necessary, to get across the finish line!

You understand the importance of developing and maintaining long term relationships with key stakeholders and co-workers and how this contributes to our mutual ongoing success.

What You Will Be Doing:

Project Management

• Own project management for all SCENE marketing campaigns and initiatives in support of SCENE, its owners, and partners
• Lead daily scrum meetings to prioritize team member’s tasks for the day
• Defining processes and tools to optimize marketing project management for SCENE
• Own timelines and deliverables for our service vendors to ensure timelines are kept and projects launched on time
• Create case studies and get sign off from stakeholders
• Approve all content/ deliverables before in alignment with SCENE marketing team
• Updating and maintaining development and project documentation and systems

Communications & Relationships

• Be the primary contact for all projects that you manage
• Lead project briefings to effectively manage communication between marketing, operations, owners, partners, and vendors
• Provide stakeholders with exceptional customer service and results to keep them engaged
• Communicate effectively orally and electronically both internally and externally

Process & Strategy

• Working with the team to develop marketing strategies
• Managing, identifying, and overcoming obstacles in our current processes
• Keeping fully abreast of the latest trends and innovations within digital marketing

Qualifications

What You Need:

• 3-5 years project management experience in digital marketing
• Experience working with multiple clients/partners
• Experience operating within a complex ecosystem with multiple stakeholders
• Experience working within the complete Microsoft 360 suite, including Teams & SharePoint

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, design, execution, and management
• Strong communication skills
• Strong people skills. Able to communicate effectively and present well to stakeholders

• Strong organizational skills, time management, and coordination skills
• Ability to work quickly and within tight deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple projects at the same time

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with Google Analytics 360
• Bilingual proficiency in French is preferred
