YOUR CHALLENGES

• Organize and plan the implementation of a project from the design phase through to deployment, using internal or external resources;
• Responsible for applying best practices in project management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and monitor technology projects (budgets, resources, deliverables, etc.);
• Coordinate internal and external resources;
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery to specification, quality and schedule;
• Intervene with management on issues affecting profitability, schedules, suppliers or on-time delivery;
• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with customers and other partners to ensure smooth project progress;
• Participate in all operational and strategic project management activities;
• Monitor KPIs related to the company’s technology projects;
• Provide complete and effective reporting to management (reports, project reviews). Inform management in a timely manner of project events impacting project performance or adherence to governance principles;
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet delivery milestones;
• Manage project risks.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS

• Adherence to schedules, budgets and deliverables;
• Quality of project resource planning (variance between actual and planned);
• Measurement of project sponsor satisfaction.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• DEC/bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field;
• Asset: PMP, SCRUM certification;
• Five (5) years plus of experience in a similar IT-related position.
