Job title: Supervisor, IT & Application Support

Job description: Under the supervision of the Vice-president of Commercial Operations & Innovation, the Supervisor, IT & Application Support will be responsible for providing and offering both technical and application support to internal and external customers. In more details, the applicant must:

• Develop and ensure the maintenance of a system for processing requests for IT and application

support.

• Ensure that the documentation of the various functionalities of the applications is up to date

and communicate to the person concerned.

• Ensure that application processing procedures are optimized, monitored and updated.
• Establish and monitor various performance indicators and develop the required corrective

plans.

• Support teams in the implementation of new practices and tools, ensure their documentation

and provide the necessary training and coaching.

• Manage the human resources, to maximize the efficiency of the service while respecting the

policies and procedures of the company (team under supervision of +/- 10 employees).

• Prepare and manage annual budgets under his responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or in a discipline deemed

equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with similar responsibilities, including at least 5 years as a

manager.

• Excellent knowledge of the Agile Method.
• Knowledge of C ++, Python, PHP, PL / SQL, PostgreSQL Environment.
• Proven experience in optimizing internal work processes and methods.
• Experience in MSP, an asset.
• Experience in WEB technologies, an asset.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
