OVERVIEW:
The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing assistance to approximately 450 networked Windows PC and laptop users. It provides support for all iPhone smart phones. These units are located in various branches across Canada. It reports and documents all IT incidents and requests in the company’s ticketing system. It acts as an intermediary between the IT department and the user group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be the first point of contact for IT technical support
- Respond to calls, connection issues, track unresolved issues, and analyze the monthly report of technical support statistics (based on collected information, individual recommendations, or group trainings).
- Provide support in but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN, and VOIP
- Provide training and orientation to employees on various computer software and hardware.
- Configure, install and maintain new computer systems including a variety of software and hardware devices
- Participate in periodic IT business resumption testing
- Monitor system backups and data replication to ensure proper operation.

We Need Your Skills
We want to hear form you, if you have:
- A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Computer Science with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position.
- Strong experience with Office 365 applications, including MS Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Windows products. (Server and Clients)
- Experience managing computers and devices in a network environment.
- Experience supporting iPhone in a business environment.
- Relevant experience with the Ring Central cloud telephony system, automation (PowerApps and Power Automation) or project management is an asset.
- Microsoft and Cisco certificates are assets.
