Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: $100,000 to $160,000 per year
Our client, a large privately-held and growing distribution company located in Saint-Laurent, is looking for a hands-on and strategic Vice-President of Finance. If you are strong at building processes and ERP system implementation, then read on… The company offers a great environment, excellent benefits and a competitive salary up to $160K.
Reporting to the President, you will have the following responsibilities:
– Assist Management in strategic decision-making and participate in executive committee
– Analyze business unit performance
– Supervise a team of 5 people
– Review and finalize the financial statements
– Be responsible for the implementation of an ERP system
– Oversee operations and deal with multiple department heads, including Sales
– Be responsible for costing and inventory control, as well as operation costs
– Prepare budgets and analyze financial reports
– Build and maintain relationships with the banks
– Set KPIs
What you need to succeed in this role:
– CPA title
– Great leadership and management skills
– Strong operational background
– Experience in implementing ERP systems
– Autonomy and dynamic personality
– Good organizational skills and global vision of the business
– Excellent office management skills
– Experience in development and strategy
