Your opportunity
Our Winnipeg office is looking for a Workday Administrative Specialist to join the team and own the following responsibilities:
- Workday file and project management
- Creation, set-up and maintenance of customer information in the Workday system
- Invoicing and payment processing
- Presenting at monthly team calls
- Workday system trouble shooting
- Workday project lead as requested
- Other administrative duties as required: including back up reception, mailing/courier and providing assistance to other admin staff

Your experience and education
- You will possess a strong understanding computers, systems and processes combined with the ability to follow direction
- Prior Workday system knowledge and experience would be considered a strong asset
- Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
- Actively demonstrate confidentiality, tact and discretion in handling information of a sensitive nature
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to support multiple teams virtually
- Strong continuous learning skills to successfully adapt to changing work needs
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and be flexible when priorities shift
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity; experience with accounting or public practice would be an asset
