Job description: Administers the Workday Financial/Supply Chain software to implement, develop, maintain and support applications within functional areas.

Full-Time Position (80 Hours Per Pay Period)
Shift: 0800-1630 Days: Varied

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Demonstrates effective skills in oral and written communication
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally and with the public
• Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position
• Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
• Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
• Must be able to work in a high paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to work in global setup and assume varying responsibilities based on the requirements
• Ability to work with the audit teams to ensure all key controls met

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent accounting experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)

EXPERIENCE

• Three years’ experience in financial and budgeting practices
• One to two years of Workday experience or five (5) years in a business analyst or systems analyst support role
• Preferred Workday experience with:•Workday finance
• Workday supply chain
• Workday integrations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced Excel user
