Job Description

Part-time position

Set QuickBooks for a US company

Reconcile multi-currency payment processors, inventory, sales and expense account

Enter all expenses from Credit Card into QuickBooks

Produce a P&L report

Qualifications

Accounting technician qualification

0-2 years of experience in a similar role

Experience with accounting requirements in the USA

Quick learner, autonomous, detail-oriented

Experience using SaaS finance software required (e.g. Xero/QuickBooks Online, Expensify, etc)

Advanced knowledge of a spreadsheet software

Additional Information
