About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our established A/P Team! If you are a hands-on leader with Accounts Payable experience in large, multi-currency, multi-branch work environments, this may be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and supervises the Accounts Payable team;
• Ensures vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time;
• Creates reports and performs reconciliations as required;
• Reconciles vendor statements and follows up with any discrepancies;
• Manages the A/P month-end close, provides back up and support to team members;
• Make recommendations to improve A/P procedures
• Leads or assists in A/P process improvement projects;
• Maintains A/P routine correspondence and documentation;
• Interacts with both internal and external clients.

About you:

• Strong data entry skills with the ability to process high volumes of data;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Advanced computer skills including MS Excel and Word.

Required Qualifications:

• Accounting diploma or related business diploma preferred;
• 5 years A/P experience in a large multi-currency, multi-branch environment;
• 2 years’ experience in a team lead/supervisory capacity;
• 5 years’ experience with ERP systems;
• The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal record check.

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000.00 – $95,000.00, negotiable on experience
