As a student agent, you help manage accounts in accordance with the organization’s objectives. You produce reports; perform audits, checks, inspections and financial simulations; and analyze financial risks, profits and losses. In addition to ensuring financial performance, you help plan and review budget processes. You help manage and monitor the organization’s accounting systems by collecting, processing and recording financial data to accurately reflect the organization’s economic activity. You participate in activities related to financial engineering, product and service pricing, financial market transactions and tax law analysis (including payroll).
You perform administrative tasks to support your unit’s day-to-day operations and help it achieve operational objectives and carry out initiatives in accordance with the detailed guidelines in place. The ability to drive results is therefore essential.
You respond to common administrative and operational questions. You handle requests for general information, tailoring your approach as needed.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Carry out administrative tasks, including document collection, entry, compilation, coding and transcription. Distribute, process and file documents
Conduct basic factual and operational research
Provide information about your unit’s day-to-day operations
Help prepare presentations and related documents
Make daily deposits of amounts received in Group Insurance
Enter financial data into administrative systems
Produce claims for reimbursement.
Other working conditions
Schedule : Between 10 and 15 hours during the school year, full time during the summer (35 hours)
Work location: Currently regular telework because of the pandemic. Position located in Lévis. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid
Temporary work: scheduled to end on December 31, 2023 – with possibility of extension

Qualifications
Trade school diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
