Job title: VP/Director of Finance
Job description: Our not-for-profit client is seeking an experienced Director Finance to support them with a number of key initiatives. This role will start out on a 3-months contract on a part-time basis with potential for extension.
Reporting directly to the CEO your responsibilities will include:
– Preparing for the annual audit
– Preparing financials/reports for the Board of Governors
– Forecasting/budgeting/variance analysis
– Oversee and validate cheque runs and payroll
– Regulatory reporting
– Reporting on grants and assisting with grant applications
– Managing the treasury function
– Overseeing/mentoring/managing staff
