Job description: The Business Intelligence (BI) Product Manager is responsible for providing data solutions related to business strategies within Cayenta. The selected candidate will collaborate with BI Developers and analysts using a variety of analytic tools and statistical methodologies to solve quantitative business issues and increase profitability.
The BI Product Manager will be responsible to discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies and techniques to maximize Cayenta’s BI offering and improve the end user experience as it relates to BI.
The BI Product Manger will perform assessments and risk analysis on a regular basis to help develop and align efforts to the BI product road map to meet Cayenta’s strategic goals. The selected candidate will prepare complex reports and gather intelligence data to make informed conclusions on business practices; they subsequently are responsible to present their findings and progress to key executives from different department teams or customer organizations.
The BI Product Manager should have at least 10 years’ experience in business intelligence preferable with positions where they have taken a leadership or managerial role. The successful candidate should have proven advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as have a strong knowledge of current industry practices including utility billing, finance, budget preparation, and human resource capital. They must be able to work with other intelligence professionals to help meet company objectives; a great working relationship with other managers and external partners are essential to the role.
The position of BI Product Manager requires a graduate degree in a business-related field.
