Join a top employer and advance your career. Our client, a leader in their field, has partnered with David Aplin Group to hire a Part-time Payroll Administrator based in North Edmonton.
The successful candidate would be updated on current employment legislation, as well as have some knowledge of the full cycle payroll process. Someone who has completed biweekly, non-union, hourly, salary, and commission-based payroll would be considered an asset. This role is onsite and during working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly payroll for over 350 employees across Canada
- Detailed ROE reconciliations and positing’s
- Process non-union, hourly, salary, and commission-based pay
- Fixed assets and bank reconciliations as required
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Payroll entry and maintenance of employee files
Qualifications:
- Has a Degree, Diploma, or some background in Human Resources
- Holds 2-3 years within payroll, accounting, or similar role would be considered an asset
- Experience with ADP and Pay at Works would be considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to attend to detail
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a positive work ethic
