Job description: Do you have experience in full cycle AP and AR? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a successful company? Our client just outside of Ingersoll is looking to hire a new Accounting Clerk. The role focuses mainly on AP and will handle the AR as well during their peak seasons, and reports to the Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Posting intercompany and 3rd party invoices
- Handling biweekly payment runs for Canadian and American vendors
- Provide statements to customers and vendors
- Maintain and update AP filing system
- Verify and code employee expense reports
- Reconciliations to the AP sub ledger
Job Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in accounting
- Prior experience in SAP
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and a team player
