Description
Robert Half is looking to permanent an Accounting Clerk to work in the Service industry, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/vouchers, data entry, and assisting with Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R). This is a long-term contract/contract / temporary to permanent position based in the Hamilton/Burlington, Ontario area. Do you thrive in an efficient, team-oriented environment? Key responsibilities
– Collaborate with Accounts Receivable: apply cash receipt, process daily invoices/credit, and help with collection of past due balance
– Assist Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing
– Prepare statements and reports that require utilization of a number of sources
