About the Opportunity
- Complete monthly reporting and also assist and educate Property Manager and internal stakeholders within the business.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal processes to seek opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
- Identify issues, provide strong analysis on monthly reports and continually seek opportunities for process improvements
- Share knowledge and participate in training for new accountants
About You
- CPA designation
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis for multiple commercial properties
- Supervisory/ people management experience
- Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) an asset
Salary Range
$100,000 – $125,000/year
