Job description: Do you like managing accounts payable and bookkeeping? If so, keep reading. My client is a company with more than 30 years in the field of health products and which at various branches in Quebec is looking for an accounts payable technician for his office near Longueuil. Nice atmosphere and several advantages. Team of 12 employees in the office including two in accounting.

Tasks :
– Perform invoicing, purchases, accounts payable
– Ensure the complete validation of “product purchases” / payments
– Monitoring of partner fees;
-Take care of the bookkeeping;
– Reconciliation of corporate credit cards;
– Follow-up of payroll entries, petty cash and various other entries;
– Help with the preparation of the year-end file;
-Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting methods.
– All other related tasks

Ideal candidate:
-4 years in accounting, particularly accounts payable
-DEP in accounting or better or a lot of experience to compensate.
-Bilingual more than functional
-Master Advantage
-Be comfortable with Excel
-Autonomous, resourceful, organized, responsible

Conditions:
-Full-time, permanent position, 40 hours.
