Main responsibilities
- Computerized bookkeeping (complete accounting cycle);
- Management of supplier accounts and timely payments;
- Allocation of expenses, processing of expense accounts;
- Bank reconciliations (general account, trust account, credit card, line of credit,
etc)
GST – QST report
- Preparation of year-end reports
DAS processing
Assistance with our customers and implementation of the processes necessary for the proper
folder operation;
- See to bank reconciliations and payroll processing
Post journal entries
- Prepare the balance of accounts
- Perform month-end closings
- All other administrative tasks required by the position
Profile description:
Qualifications required
- 2 to 3 years of experience with the complete accounting cycle;
Knowledge of Quickbooks online or desktop software (an asset)
- Relevant professional training (DEP in accounting, AEC, etc.);
- Comfortable with technologies and have a good knowledge of the Office suite;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Meticulous, dynamic and autonomous person!
