Job description: About Our Client:
Our client is seeking a professional Analyst, Finance & Operations with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in either the following: accounting, investor relations, or other technology/operational focused experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with fund administrators on the presentation of the fund’ s monthly NAV
- Review the subscription, redemption and distribution process
- Manage financial statements and tax filings for the fund
- Organize presentations and coordination to investors
- Support with investor inquiries and annual audit procedures
- Train and lead new investors, borrowers and brokers
- Approve the fund is compliant with regulatory requirements
- Complete ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline along with an accomplished academic record
- CA/CPA designation preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in either the following: accounting, investor relations, or other technology/operational focused experience
- Detail oriented, professional and organized
- Good communication skills- both oral and written
- Excellent understanding of accounting standards (IFRS)
- Genuine interest in technology, technology finance and entrepreneurship
