Job title: Bilingual Junior Bookkeeper (part-time, 1 day per week)

Job description: – Communicate with the bursaries recipients to get their banking information for transfer Answer requests from the logistics coordinator
– Communicate and relay information regarding the budget, as needed, with the Finance team
– Perform data and transaction entry

What you bring:
– Relevant experience may include education with a focus on business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent hands-on career experience
– Up to two years’ experience in bookkeeping and administration
– Bilingual – fluency in both French and English (oral and written)
– Proven customer service skills
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
