Job description: Our South Vancouver client, a not for profit organization, is seeking a dynamic, well organized part time Bookkeeper for their organization. This is a 22 hour work week which can be a 5 day per week 9AM – 1.30PM type position, a 4 day work week where you work 5.5 hours per day or you can work 3 days per week at 7.5 hours per day. This position will allow you to work from home, but you will need to work from the office 1 day per week.
You will be responsible for full cycle accounting (AP, AR, reconciliations, government remittances, etc) to trial balance and payroll for 30 – 40 employees using QuickBooks Desktop. Some ad hoc may be required from time to time.
