Job description: For one of my clients, a construction company, I am looking for a controller whose tasks are :

– Supervise the accounting team

– Analyse and prepare general ledger accounts, accounting entries, and financial reports

– Carry out the necessary balance sheet and income statement analyses

– Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

– Manage and monitor inter-company income and expenditure

– Produce GST/QST reports

– Monitor the administration of all construction projects

– Administer the organization’s credit policy and manage collection activities

– Manage cash flow

– Prepare and take charge of accounting and tax audit files

– Monitoring financial policies and internal control procedures

– Participate in the development and implementation of a budget process

– Participate in various projects affecting the accounting department and its team
