About the Opportunity
- Prepare Financial statements & management reporting packages
- Oversee Month-end, Quarter-end and Year-end close processes
- Lead company to IPO in 12-18 months
- Lead ERP selection & implementation (6+ month time frame)
- Ability to build out and grow team
- Reporting Standard: IFRS
About You
- CPA, CA
- IFRS external reporting experience (to VC, PE, etc. OR public company), MD&A
- 2-3 years’ experience as a senior manager or controller
- Technology industry experience
Salary Range
Up to $190,000/year based on experience
