Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) Lead, Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Leadership Vision: As the leader in this role, you will be responsible for building and guiding a team of ERP professionals to deliver top-notch Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to our clients. Your vision and strategic direction will be instrumental in positioning PwC Canada as a leading player in the ERP landscape.
ERP Expertise: The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience in leading, solutioning and delivering large scale ERP systems in Canada and globally, with strong relationship and ties to the Microsoft Canada team as well as the ERP community in Canada.
Microsoft Partnership: PwC Canada’s strategic alignment with Microsoft makes this role pivotal to our growth strategy. You will be at the forefront of forging a strong partnership with Microsoft, capitalizing on growth opportunities, and expanding PwC’s footprint within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Business Development: Driving tremendous growth in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O business is a central focus. The successful candidate will possess a strong business acumen, identifying and seizing opportunities to engage with clients, cultivate new relationships, and elevate PwC’s market presence.
Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that empower them to optimize their financial and operational processes.
Team Development: Nurturing and developing a high-performing team is critical. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, enabling team members to excel in their roles and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Consulting and/or operational experience.
Extensive experience in leading, solutioning and delivering large scale ERP systems in Canada and globally.
In-depth understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Leadership qualities and the ability to be recognized as a subject matter expert when our client requires.
Project management and project planning skills.
Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
Good facilitation, delivery skills, presentation and report writing skills.
Effective leadership and people management skills.
Ability to develop and manage senior-level relationships.
The ability to work on a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.
A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives.
