Our team is looking for a Finance Analyst to provide financial analysis, technical support and research for various initiatives, including monitoring risk, investment portfolios and cash management. This role will provide ongoing financial modeling in support of interest rate risk management programs and monitor trends in interest rates to support pricing strategies, as well as develop annual growth plans, risk reporting, and provide financial forecasts and projections.

What youll do:
– Monitor current market conditions and recommend changes to pricing strategies
– Monitor operating liquidity and investment portfolios to maximize returns within defined risk parameters
– Perform ongoing modeling and analysis market risk reporting
– Develop appropriate financial models for areas such as liquidity, investment, and interest rate risk management

What youve got:
– Post-secondary diploma, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
– In depth technical knowledge in performing financial analysis, modelling, forecasting and projections
– Working knowledge of accounting processes and the financial services industry
– Ability to conduct leading practice research to discover, analyze and recommend innovative processes
