Reporting to the President and Board, you will be responsible to ensure profitability by developing new financial strategies and help the company growth. Make sure to support preparation and release of annual, and monthly financial reports of the internal and external stakeholders; Manage with a positive leadership the finance and accounting team; Contribute by sharing strategic financial recommendations to the President and the executive team; Support and manage the process of forecasting and budgets; Develop financial processes, policies and procedures; Participate actively in employee performance reviews; Communicate clear definition of responsibility for each team member; Manage all activities related to tax planning, controlling, audit, insurance, and banking; Make sure to maintain productive banking, investor, and lending relationships on behalf of the organization with the President & Board. Optimize cash management effectiveness by improving treasury management procedures; Collaborate into developing complex tax planning strategies; Other related tasks.
