Job description: Our client located in Kitchener is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Controller this role is an integral part of the Finance Team where you will be acting as a Business Partner and providing financial support to the Project Managers. If you have 5+ years of Accounting experience in the Construction or Engineering field then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a business partner to Finance Leadership and provide financial support to Project Managers
- Manage accounting operations; AP, AR, GL and financial reporting
- Manage financial operations of the business unit
- Support accurate completion of monthly, quarterly financial statements
- Supervise and lead the accounting team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance at a mid to Senior level
- CPA required or in progress
- Experience managing and leading a small team
- Experience working in the construction, or engineering industry is preferred
