About the Finance & Purchasing Analyst Role
The Purchasing department within eHealth is seeking a skilled, analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for a Purchasing Analyst position. Reporting to the Manager, Contract and Procurement, the Finance & Purchasing Analyst is responsible for the procurement of goods and services to ensure maximum cost effectiveness in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Receives requisitions, checks for accuracy, verifies discrepancies
Obtains price quotes, product data, samples, delivery information
Orders product, codes, and receives invoice
Follows up on outstanding orders, damaged items, credit items, late deliveries, and expedites back orders
Matches invoices to purchase orders, prepares reports, assists at year end, and updates inventory lists
Liaises with vendors, internal and external customers, and stakeholders
Solicits quotations and requests for proposal, coordinates evaluation of tenders, and requests/submits requests for tenders
Prepares Accounts receivable invoices for customer charge backs.
