Responsibilities:
- Understand the current state of team roles and responsibilities alignment.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of all designated roles and responsibilities (roles requiring standardized and documented procedures).
- Grasp existing policies and interview stakeholders for policies needing enhancement or development.
- Learn the functionalities of all relevant systems and applications in use.
- Document and standardize departmental policies.
- Develop a training program, materials, and other pedagogical tools.
- Update and maintain the training program along with associated learning tools.
- Manage the training process, including planning, coordinating, and delivering training activities.
- Train and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Conduct ongoing training and development for existing employees.
- Record and track training activities.
- Create a visual dashboard of key performance indicators to monitor progress.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continually improve based on participant feedback and KPIs.
- Conduct regular assessments to gauge proper execution of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting, Finance, or related field), and/or one of the following certifications:
- Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) (asset)
- Project Management Professional Certification (asset)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification (asset)
Experience:
- Experience with various ERP systems and applications.
- Experience with on-the-job training.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in documenting procedures, business processes, and training materials.
- Strong experience in building long-term relationships based on respect and trust with end-users, peers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
