Job description: Our client in West GTA is actively looking for Junior Accounting Clerk to join their team.

Title: Junior Accounting Clerk
Location: West GTA, ON
Length of Assignment: Temporary – Permanent
Salary: $16.00 hourly

Job Description:

Data entry
Enter, post and print AP invoice batches
Edit and update accounting procedures
Matching POs
Matching invoice to packing slips
Maintain the paperwork and filing
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables including the posting of daily transactions, reconciliation etc.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a positive customer service focus
Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be able to commute to workplace
Should be proficient in English.
Experience in manufacturing company would be a great asset
Knowledge of Excel is a must
Knowledge of large ERP systems is an asset
