Job description: Seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Maintenance and Delivery Coordinator to work alongside our staff in overseeing and executing all tasks related to building maintenance, pick up’s and deliveries. The ideal candidate has a G license, a clean driving record, janitorial expertise and would consider themselves a Jack/Jill of all trades.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
– Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
– Ability to move and lift up to 40lbs. Standing, sitting and walking for extended periods of time
– Ensuring a clean and professional appearance
– Fulfill weekly food delivery and pick up appointments
– General cleaning of the building, sweep and mop floors, surface cleaning
– Perform minor repairs, notify managers of major repairs
– Collect and dispose of trash
– Follow established policies, procedures and standards

Qualifications
– Positive attitude
– Self-motivated
– Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
– Excellent verbal communications skills

Schedule
– Monday to Friday 10:30am to 2:30pm, Staring ASAP, Schedule can be flexible

Compensation
– Wage $17.00/hr
