Promotions & Incentives Specialist will manage the development, budget, coordination and deployment of Ricoh Marketing promotional & incentive programs, demo process and event activation processes for Canada in Direct channel
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish & Chair Advisory Council meetings by relevant business sectors (Enterprise, Strategic, Inside Sales, Services etc) to capture voice of field and guide development of marketing programs.
- Develop annual marketing promotions and incentives budget
- Work proactively with field, headquarters & vendor partners to define, develop and deploy promotions that support revenue generation and market share gain across all Ricoh products & services. This will include both vendor sponsored and self-funded promotions.
- Develop, coordinate, and prepare financial analysis in support of decision making and reporting around promotional programs.
- Recommend & participate in the vendor selection & evaluation process to support marketing promotions & incentive programs.
- Responsible for announcement to Field Sales of promotional programs & incentives.
- Responsible for development & distribution of quarterly promotions package & periodic updates on an as-needed basis. This includes field promotion overviews, administrative guidelines & claim forms for each, Power Point Presentation for Sales Managers to summarize Programs, excel summary of all promotions sorted by model.
- Responsible for working with Commission Team and Supply Chain for generation of tracking reports to validate and recover promotional funding from vendor partners. Work with Ricoh Finance to ensure vendor credits are properly applied and communicate to the marketplaces when credits are applied.
- Coordination with Sales Compensation team to ensure alignment with Corporate Compensation Strategy
- Work with RICOH Administration Services & Preferred Leasing Partners to establish administrative procedures and reporting guidelines for all relevant promotions.
- Manage promotion exception, eligibility& implementation process with relevant business stakeholders. Award or decline exceptions as appropriate.
- Approve content for site, ensure point values are in line with Ricoh initiatives and act as a resource for field questions.
- Work on special projects on request
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.
- A clear customer focus and ability to understand the needs of the customers at every level.
- Proven experience of working closely with C-Level Executives, Senior Business leadership, sales, marketing and professional services managers
Skills:
- Manage & develop a team of marketing professionals
- Chair & execute meetings with C-Level & Senior Business leadership
- Budget management skills for million dollar budget
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills.
- A clear customer focus and ability to understand the needs of the customers at every level.
