Job Summary

We are currently seeking an Assistant for our Quality Assurance Department located in Senneville (West of Montreal), Quebec.

The following responsibilities are related to the Assistant position:

• Data entry to maintain electronic records in database/computer systems as well as maintaining paper records. Including but not limited to RPM, TrackWise/QAAD Master Schedule, eDocs, M-files.
• Manage incoming documents, studies, assignments on a daily basis and ensure various systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
• Distribute information from various sources to members of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU).
• Provide general project, task assistance to support the QAU.
• Other duties as assigned which may include maintaining QAU office supplies, making copies/scans, picking/return books to records management, annual record archival.
• Maintain open communication between leader and staff, redirect queries as necessary.
• May assist with some auditing/QC functions of the QAU.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy.

The qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Possess a High School diploma/GED.
• 1 or more years of relevant experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple demands and priorities based on risk, client need and/or QAU requirements as well as working under specific time constraints.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels across the organization.
• Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.
