Job Summary
We are currently seeking an Assistant for our Quality Assurance Department located in Senneville (West of Montreal), Quebec.
The following responsibilities are related to the Assistant position:
- Data entry to maintain electronic records in database/computer systems as well as maintaining paper records. Including but not limited to RPM, TrackWise/QAAD Master Schedule, eDocs, M-files.
- Manage incoming documents, studies, assignments on a daily basis and ensure various systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
- Distribute information from various sources to members of the Quality Assurance Unit (QAU).
- Provide general project, task assistance to support the QAU.
- Other duties as assigned which may include maintaining QAU office supplies, making copies/scans, picking/return books to records management, annual record archival.
- Maintain open communication between leader and staff, redirect queries as necessary.
- May assist with some auditing/QC functions of the QAU.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and accuracy.
The qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Possess a High School diploma/GED.
- 1 or more years of relevant experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple demands and priorities based on risk, client need and/or QAU requirements as well as working under specific time constraints.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels across the organization.
- Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.
