Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the kitchen and with customer service
- Punctual, reliable, courteous, and respectful
- Able to work in a team environment
- An upbeat personality
- The ability to work in a high volume, high paced environment
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Basic mathematical skills
- Time management skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- A team-player mentality
- Food Handler Certification Course
- Able to start working right away
Your Job:
- Responsible for opening and closing of the restaurant
- Responsible for providing quick, friendly, courteous and accurate service to our customers.
- Resolve any customer issues and make sure guests walk away happy.
- Receiving and preparing orders, collecting payments.
- Cutting, weighing, stocking vegetables and following recipes
- Operation of ovens, sandwich press, tortilla warmers, blenders, knives, vegetable chopper.
- Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, moving, walking and lifting.
- Train new team members
- Cleaning and sanitization of preparation area, display cases, customer service area, floors, storage areas, bathrooms and any other area that require attention.
- Share your ideas about menu innovation, local events, etc.
- Adhere to all company’s operational policies and procedures.
Salary and benefits:
- Increasing wages starting at $16
